#Unetbootin for mac 10.6.8 for mac#
unplug and turn Airport back on… problem only randomly appears.ĩ9% of the people are not having this problem… and it’s not 10.6. DAEMON Tools Lite 2.1 for Mac was available to download from the developers website when we last checked. Don’t know why, but some of us have disabled the AirPort cards.

Bootcamp drivers work fine.Īpple has been working on it, but has not released any fix yet.Īlthough some of us on the discussions have found ways to minimize the problem. It has to do with the Mac Drivers for the airport cards. but people with other routers have the same issue. Mac Linux USB Loader is an application that allows you to create bootable USB drives containing a Linux distribution that can boot natively on Apples Macintosh. My PC/MBP/PowerMac/iphone/ipad work fine. Apple seems to be accelerating releases, and it seems likely this. This one comes less than 4 days from the previous seed. a restart cures it everytime, sometimes i do have to recycle the airport as well. Apple has seeded another Mac OS X 10.6.8 seed to developers this evening. I personally go days with no problems… then boom, my iMac is FUBAR. UNetbootin for Mac allows you to create bootable Live USB drives for Ubuntu, Fedora, and other Linux distributions without burning a CD.

If you go through the Apple Discussions you will find the problem dates back awhile. In other words, it has been happening prior to 10.6.8, this guy writing the article just now realized he has the problem. We have been sending regular log files and such to apple (their request) to get to the bottom of the problem. Myself and others have had this problem for at least 2 months now. Just so everyone knows, and calms down… It wasn’t 10.6.8 that did this.
